Anthony Michael William, aged 42, passed away unexpectedly at home, in September after a long illness. Our precious son and sweet brother will be sadly missed but never forgotten by his family. Anthony was the beloved son of Michael and Linda (nee Hebert) of Guelph. He was the father of Michael Daniel and the dearly loved brother of his two sisters Natalie (Ryan Lee) and Shannon (Dave Saddler) and will be remembered by his nephew Ethan and his niece Ava (Natalie and Ryan's children). Anthony will also be remembered by his many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He is survived by his grandmother Doris Hebert of Guelph and predeceased by his grandparents William (2007) and Patricia Douglas (2006), and Paul Hebert (2004) as well as his uncle Scott (2012).
Cremation has already taken place and any service plans will be determined and published by the family at a future date. In lieu of flowers, as expressions of sympathy, donations to the Children's Foundation of Guelph and Wellington would be appreciated by the family. Anthony would cherish the thought of brightening the life of a child in our community.

A tree will be planted in memory of Anthony Douglas in the Wall-Custance Memorial Forest, University of Guelph Arboretum. Dedication service, Sunday, September 15, 2019 at 2:30 pm.
