Perry passed away quietly at home after a lengthy illness. He will be greatly missed by his fun and loving wife Kathy Mandigo Chiblow. Proud father of Kyrie, Kelsey and Kaleb. Cherished and loved Papa of Kason, Kadia and Kailena. He had a loving relationship with Kathy’s children Michael, Melissa, Douglas and Kathy’s grandchildren.
Son of the late Richard and the late Margaret (nee Bobb) Chiblow. Will be greatly missed by his siblings Ida, Ruth, Ralph, Linda, Max, Fidele, Joe, Joan and the late Jim. Loving and caring uncle of many nieces and nephews who will greatly miss him and hold dearly fond memories.
He was a hockey enthusiast and the greatest Boston Bruins fan. He coached minor hockey and was a well-known presence at the local hockey games.
