CASKIE, Margaret

Born to Elsie Smith and William Hogg on March 12, 1924, she passed away at the St. Joseph’s General Hospital in Elliot Lake on Tuesday February 26, 2019 at the age of 94. Beloved wife of the late John Caskie. Loving mother of William (Kathy), David (Corinne), Michael (Winifred), Ian (Susan), Patricia (Douglas), Kevin (Elaine), Donnell (Ellen) and Timothy (Brenda). Also survived by 22 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Margaret and John were married on May 29, 1948 and moved to Elliot Lake in October 1989. As per her wishes, cremation has taken place. Memorial contributions to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the Elliot Lake Funeral Chapel & Cremation Centre (36 Ontario Avenue).
