(April 20, 1929 – December 1, 2019) - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mary Jacqueline Brylka (nee Bobiwash) with family and friends by her side in her 91st year.
Loving mother of the late Stella Simon. Grandmother to Marci, Bernard and the late Joanna. Great grandmother to Jessica, Travis, Trevor, Quintin, Bradley and Alexandra. Mary will be sadly missed by many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
Mary was a resident at Red Pine Lodge in Mississauga First Nation. She enjoyed living independently while at the Lodge and the friends she made there.
The family wishes to thank the doctors and nurses at NSHN-Blind River with a special thank you to the staff of Red Pine Lodge and Mary’s social worker Susie.
Friends and family are invited to visit at the Mississauga First Nation Community Hall on Thursday, December 5, 2019 beginning at 11am until time of service on Friday, December 6, 2019 at 1130. Burial at St. Edwards Cemetery. Father Lourdu officiating. Feast following services. Arrangements entrusted to Menard Funeral Home.
