The rainbow flag will be raised at the information centre at the east-end of Blind River
Council, at its meeting Tuesday evening, approved raising the flag to recognize the Pride Weekend celebrations being held in Elliot Lake and covering much of the north shore.
The Pride celebration is set to kick-off on May 25 and will run until May 27.
