Voters in the Algoma-Manitoulin riding will have an opportunity to hear from the candidates vying for a seat at Queen’s Park in the June 7 provincial election.
The Elliot Lake Standard is hosting an all-candidates forum and question period Thursday evening (May 24) at the Moose Lodge on Oakland Blvd. Doors open at 6:30 pm. with the forum set to begin at 7 p.m.
All candidates are expected to attend. They are two-term incumbent Michael Mantha of the New Democratic Party, Progressive Conservative Jib Turner, Liberal candidate Charles Fox, Justin Tilson Green Party, Ontario Libertarian Party candidate Kalena Mallon-Ferguson, and Northern Ontario Party candidate Tommy Lee.
