Students at École Georges Vanier in Elliot Lake got to take part in karate lessons this year with Master Cecil from Cecil’s Korean Martial Arts Centre.
Karate presents several benefits for students. It is great exercise and allows students to learn discipline.
It’s also been known to help with concentration and develop motor skills.
