A veteran of the Canadian stand-up comedy scene performs two shows in Sudbury Jan. 10.
Derek Seguin is winner of the 2015 SiriusXm Top Comic, has appeared 10 times at the Just for Laughs Comedy Festival and is a regular on CBC Radio's The Debaters.
He will be on stage for a 19+ event at the Sudbury Theatre Centre.
The first show, which runs at 7:30 p.m., has already sold out. So organizers have added a 10 p.m. show.
A portion of the proceeds are being donated to a GoFundMe for a local woman, Kerry Green, who is fighting breast cancer and is seeking treatment in Germany.
