On Oct. 13, 2017, shortly before 11 a.m., members from the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police Detachment and members from the OPP Technical Collision Investigators (TCI) responded to a single motor vehicle collision approximately 20 kilometres north of the City of Elliot Lake on Highway 639.
Janice King, 36 years of age from Nipissing, Ont., was transported to hospital where she was pronounced deceased.
The investigation is continuing and further information will be released as it becomes available.
