Today the periods of snow will end near noon then a mix of sun and cloud. Local accumulations of  2 cm possible. Winds coming from the northwest at 20 km/h and  gusting to 40 early in the afternoon.

We can expect a high of -4C with a wind chill of -11C in the morning and -17C in the afternoon. The UV index will be 3 or moderate.

Tonight will be partly cloudy with a  60 per cent chance of flurries in the evening and after midnight. Winds still steady as the afternoon.  There will be a low of -21 with a wind chill of -30C overnight. There will be risk of frostbite, so take proper precautions.
