Adopt Me: Bonnie has come a long way

She would do best in a quiet home as an only pet

ElliotLakeToday, in partnership with the Society For Animals In Distress, brings you a regular feature highlighting a special pet that is in need of adoption.

Hi, I’m Bonnie! I’m a beautiful petite grey female estimated to be just shy of a year old.

I was surrendered to the shelter as a stray, so my history is unknown.

I am very shy with people and animals alike. You can usually find me hiding in my little house in the quiet room or on the perch near the window. I have come a long way with humans and will usually come out and say hello.

I would do best in a quiet home as an only pet.

My new family needs to be patient with me, but I promise once I come out of my shell, I will be an awesome pet.

If you think I’ll make a good addition to your family come meet me at the shelter.

I have been flea and worm treated, spayed and fully vaccinated. Come see me Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
