Adopt Me: Sullivan needs someone to give him a chance

He is a polite guy, who is very quiet and almost never meows

ElliotLakeToday, in partnership with the Society For Animals In Distress, brings you a regular feature highlighting a special pet that is in need of adoption.

Hey, it’s me, Sullivan! I’m still here at the shelter waiting for my forever home. I’ve been at the shelter since Oct. 31, 2018 so just shy of one year at the shelter. I came in as a stray and I had a rough life leading up to being surrendered.

I’m an older guy – estimated to be around nine years old. It is unknown how I would do with dogs, but I tolerate cats. I have been getting bullied in the cat room a little bit but I’m an older guy and I can’t be bothered to fight.

I think I would do best in a home where I am alone or with other senior cats. At some point in my life I had a fractured left hind leg which healed on its own and I get around fine, my back food is a little crooked and I really don’t like it to be touched.

I will make a wonderful pet; I just like to lay around and look outside. I am beyond ready to find my forever home.

You can come and meet me Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. or in the evening 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. and even on weekends between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. or 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. I am ready to find my forever home! I have been neutered, fully vaccinated, flea and worm treated.
