Rocket

Hi, my name is Rocket. I have been at the shelter since Sept. 25, 2018. I am a longhair tabby cat and I love people; I tolerate cats but that’s only because I must.

I am VERY curious, and I like to spend most of my time sitting on the windowsill looking outside, that’s when I’m not eating of course!

The second I see any humans come into the cat room I assume they’re going to feed me, so I follow them around meowing until they acknowledge me and pet me or feed me or both if I’m lucky.

I am four years old, but still have the energy I did when I was just a little tiny kitten. I am fully vaccinated and dewormed and I have been flea treated and neutered.

I’m so very ready to have my own home and my own family. You can come down to the shelter and meet me any day of the week; Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m., or in the evenings between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m., or on weekends from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.
